		<description>The amount of debt and the length of time will definitely have an effect on &quot;the rush&quot;. With a mortgage for example,  you just see the years drop off as you pay it down. It just feels great and you&#039;re  are right it really does become an obsession. 

I&#039;m actually already trying to work our budget to increase the bi-weekly payments by another 25% next year.</description>
