This week I did a review of my credit score and what I can do to make it better. I also looked at a goal that I failed miserably and the steps I can take so that I don’t fail it again.

Carnivals

What is Cheap? was in Carnival of Personal Finance over at Mighty Bargain Hunter. It also appears that this article was picked up up by one of the MSN blogs.

Around The Personal Finance Blogoshpere:

1 - Oblivious Investor looks at the investing worst case scenario and it seems bonds don’t help

2 - Canadian Capitalist clarifies the CRA’s definition of foreign ownership rules. Now he’s got me worried about doing my taxes.

3 - Thicken My Wallet looks at how REITs are doing in this market.

4 - The Strump looks at being a slumlord as an investment.  Its good for the bank account but bad for the soul.

5 - Canadian Finance Blog takes a look at your RRSPs and the withholding tax.
